It was an epic day at WE Day Manitoba 2016!

The event was on to remember, filled with inspirational speakers such as Chris Hadfield, Rick Hansen, as well as youth speakers Hani Al Moulia and Tracie Leost! But let’s not forget the epic performances by Tyler Shaw, Jillea, Jully Black and Nico & Vinz!

The energy in the Xcel Energy Center was infectious, as over 15,000 young change-makers celebrated the power of WE with us! These inspiring youth worked so hard to earn their way to WE Day and deserved to celebrate their year of service, locally and globally.

WE Day Manitoba was made possible by our co-title sponsors RBC and Telus. With their continuous support and efforts, they got the crowd motivated and ready for another year of change at home, school, in their community and around the world!

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES& REGULATIONS

 

The “Win A Voluntour – WE Day Contest” (the “Contest”) is sponsored by EF Institute for Cultural Exchange Ltd. (hereafter referred to as EF) and ME to WE Trips (the “Sponsors”). The Contest is intended to be conducted in Canada only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of Canada.

 

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules & Regulations (the “Contest Rules”) and the decisions of EF and ME to WE Trips (the “Sponsors”) with respect to all aspects of the Contest, which are final and legally binding on the entrant.

 

1. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. There will be 5Grand Prizes available to be won, one at each WE Day event, held at separate locations (Toronto – September 20th 2013, Vancouver – October 18th 2013, Calgary – October 24th 2013, Winnipeg – October 30th, 2013, Halifax – November 27th, 2013). Entries are accepted until the end of the scheduled lunch period (the “Contest Closing Date”)on the respective WE Day event day. Enter in person by completing the boarding pass provided in each WE Day attendee’s gift bag with your full name, grade, email address, phone number, school name and school board and handing it to a WE Day volunteer. Limit one (1) entry per person for the Contest, regardless of method of entry.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a legal resident of Canada of the age of thirteen or above (excluding the residents of Québec).

 

3. PRIZE:For each WE Day event, the Grand Prize is availableto be won from among all eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date. If the winning entrant is under the age of majority, the award must be accepted by their teacher (or another teacher at their school) on their behalf. Hereafter the “winner” will represent the student (if over the age of majority) or the accepting teacher if the entrant is under the age of majority. There will be one (1) Grand Prize available to be won from among all eligible entries received at each WE Day, consisting of aEF Voluntour/ME to WE Trip for the student, as well as three (3) youth representatives and one (1) teacher at WE Day to Ecuador beginning on July 1, 2014. The Grand Prize winner will be drawn at random on the day of each of the five (5) WE Day events. All participants need to be from the same school and need to be of the school which was present at WE Day. Apart from the one student who is selected to win the prize, the remaining student representatives and the teacher will be chosen solely by the principal of the same school as outlined above, and will be agreed upon by the EF Institute for Cultural Exchange Ltd and ME to WE Trips.In the event that the Grand Prize winner is not availableto travel on the date selected or by the Deadline, the Grand Prize will be forfeited by such winner. The Sponsors reserves the right to change or modify the Grand Prize location and/or dates due to acts of God and/or unforeseen circumstances. The Sponsors is not responsible if weather conditions, event cancellations, strikes, lockouts, labour disturbances or other events beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control limit or restrict access to any of the planned excursions or locations on the tour. The Grand Prize winner and his or her Group are solely responsible for having proof of valid travel documents prior to ticketing and the right to fly and to enter the countries visited on the Grand Prize EF Tour/ME to WE trip. The Prize includes: return economy class airfare tickets, departing from and returning to the Canadian International Airport closest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence; overnight stays in the ME to WE Leadership Camp or facility, and/or alternate overnight accommodation as outlined specifically in the selected tour itinerary; select meals as outlined specifically in the selected tour itinerary; the services of a full-time ME to WE Tour Director for the duration of the tour; sightseeing tours as outlined specifically in the selected tour itinerary; visits to special attractions as outlined specifically in the selected tour itinerary; and transportation to and from all activities outlined specifically in the selected tour itinerary. The Grand Prize will be awarded to a maximumretail value of approximately $17,500 CDN. The winner and his or her Group must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for ground transfers to and from the designated departure airport. All other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to:gratuities, optional excursions, tour extensions, insurance, medical travel documents, passport and/or visa fees, beverages and lunches, personal expenses and any other costs not specifically stated herein as being included, are the sole responsibility of the winner and his or her Group. The Sponsors make no representations or warranties with respect to the Grand Prize. No Global Rewards Points, frequent flyer miles, or travel rewards of any kind will be available on this prize. In no event will the Sponsor be liable for more than one (1) Grand Prize.

 

The Grand Prize winner and the selected students and educator from the school must each have proof of valid travel documents prior to ticketing and the right to fly and to enter the destination country or countries as outlined on the tour itinerary. The winner’s Travel Guests must be between eleven (11) and eighteen (18) years of age, inclusive, and the winner must sign and return a “Group Leader Agreement” agreeing to be the liaison between EF Educational ToursTMand his or her Travel Guests and acknowledging that, on tour, he or she will be solely responsible for monitoring the Travel Guests in his or her group and ensuring they adhere to the EF Educational ToursTMguidelines, rules and regulations, which will be provided to the winner upon the awarding of the Prize, and are also available at http://www.eftours.ca/glagreementor upon request by calling 1-800-387-1460. The Group Leader acknowledges that, on tour, he or she will be solely responsible for monitoring the students in his or her group and ensuring they adhere to the ME to WE Trips regulations, which will be provided to the winner and school upon the awarding of the Grand Prize.The Prize is not transferable. All EF Tours are subject to EF’s Booking Conditions (the terms of which can be obtained by calling 1-800-263-2806 or found at http://www.eftours.ca/bc. Each potential Prize winner will be required to review and agree in writing to such Booking Conditions in advance of being awarded any Prize. A condition of accepting and being awarded such Prize will be compliance in full with such Booking Conditions.

 

4. PRIZE DRAW: A random Prize draw will be held on each event date at approximately 12:30 PMlocal time at the event location from among all eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date. The odds of being drawn as a potential Prize winner depend on the total numberof eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

 

5. NOTIFIYING THE POTENTIAL WINNER: The Grand Prize selected entrant will be contacted by mail, courier and/or telephone within seven (7) business days or before of the Grand Prize draw. If a selected entrant cannot be located or does not respond within fourteen (14) business days of notification, or if a package sent by mail or courier is returned as undeliverable, the selected entrant will be disqualified and another entrant randomly selected until contact is made with a selected entrant or no more entries are available, whichever occurs first. The Sponsors will not be responsible for failed attempts to notify any selected entrant.

 

6. DECLARING THE WINNER:In order to be declared a Grand Prize winner, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kindand will be required to sign and return a Declaration and Release Form (the “Release Form”) which confirms compliance with the Contest Rules and releases the Sponsors and its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies or agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively the “Releasees”), from all liability with respect to the participation in the Contest by the winner and the acceptance of the Grand Prize as awarded, without substitution, by the winner and his and her Group. The winner must also agree to be the liaison between ME to WE Trips/EF Educational ToursTM and his or her Group and acknowledging that, on tour, he or she will be solely responsible for monitoring his or her Group and ensuring they adhere to the ME to WE Trips/EF Educational ToursTM regulations, which will be provided to the winner upon the awarding of the Grand Prize. The Release Form must be returned within the time period specified on the Release Form or the Grand Prize will be forfeited by such winner. The selected entrant may be required to furnish proof of identification as part of the verification process. The Sponsors reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner who cannot produce, within five (5) business days of a request by Sponsors for same, proof of identity satisfactory to Sponsors. Should a selected entrant be unable to accept the Grand Prize because of school and/or Board of Education policy, a new entrant will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries. Limit of one (1) prize per person and/or school per twelve (12) month period. If the Grand Prize is forfeited by a winner for any reason whatsoever, the Grand Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner at the Sponsor’s discretion.

 

7. AWARDING OF THE PRIZE: An EF Educational ToursTM Tour Manager (the “Tour Manager”) will contact the confirmed Grand Prize winner within ten (10) days of receiving the duly completed Release Form. The Tour Manager will book the travel arrangements for the Grand Prize winner, including confirming who the Grand Prize winner’s youth representatives (“Travel Guests”) and chaperone(s) (if applicable) will be. The Grand Prize winner will be responsible for ensuring that his or her Group has any required documentation completed and returned within the time period specified by the Tour Consultant/Tour Manager. The Sponsors will not replace or refund any amount if the winner or any of the participants and chaperone(s) (if applicable) cannot attend the EF Tour/ME to WE trip. The Grand Prize winner may not charge any fee to or obtain any compensation from any of the participants and/or chaperone(s).

 

8. NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNER: By entering, the Grand Prize winner consents to the use of his/her name, school name, city and province of residence/school, and/or photographs, without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsors. The Sponsors and/or its affiliates, related companies or agencies, and their respective employees and agents, will have the right to photograph the Grand Prize winner and his or her Group while on the Grand Prize EF tour for use in future promotions, without further remuneration.

 

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

a) This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and none will be returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant.

b) Entrants release ME to WE Trips from any loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from participation in the Contest, or the acceptance or use of the Grand Prize, including but not limited to any injury or damage to an entrant’s or to any other computer.

c) The Sponsors reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant from the Contest in the event it is determined that he or she has entered in a fashion not permitted by the Contest Rules.

d) The Sponsors is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to, errors in advertising, the Contest Rules, or the announcement of the Grand Prize winner.

e) No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsors for any inability for a potential entrant to successfully enter the Contest for any reason, including any problems or technical malfunction of any internet or telephone network or broadcast transmission during the Contest. The Sponsors assumes no responsibility for falsified, late, lost, damaged, misdirected, garbled, or incomplete entries. Proof of transmission (screenshots, etc.) does not constitute proof of delivery.

f) Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.

g) Any attempt by an entrant or any other person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

10.CHANGE OR TERMINATION: The Sponsor reserves the right, to terminate, suspend, or modify this Contest without liability in the event of any fraud or technical failures of the website beyond the control of the Sponsor that may corrupt the administration, integrity or security of the Contest, or if any other factor interferes with the conduct of this Contest, without prior notice or publication. In the event of early termination of the Contest, a notice will be posted online and a random draw to award the Prize will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination.

 

11. PERSONAL INFORMATION: The Sponsors respect your right to privacy.By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the Sponsor collecting, storingand using the personal information submitted with his or her entry in accordancewith its privacy policy, including for the purposes of (a) administering this Contest (b) contacting the entrant in connection with future contests, (c) communicating with the entrant in regards to its wares and services. 5. NOTIFIYING THE POTENTIAL WINNER: The Grand Prize selected entrant will be contacted by mail, courier and/or telephone within seven (7) business days or before of the Grand Prize draw. If a selected entrant cannot be located or does not respond within fourteen (14) business days of notification, or if a package sent by mail or courier is returned as undeliverable, the selected entrant will be disqualified and another entrant randomly selected until contact is made with a selected entrant or no more entries are available, whichever occurs first. The Tour Manager will book the travel arrangements for the Grand Prize winner, including confirming who the Grand Prize winner’s youth representatives (“Travel Guests”) and chaperone(s) (if applicable) will be. The Grand Prize winner will be responsible for ensuring that his or her Group has any required documentation completed and returned within the time period specified by the Tour Consultant/Tour Manager. The Sponsors will not replace or refund any amount if the winner or any of the participants and chaperone(s) (if applicable) cannot attend the EF Tour/ME to WE trip. The Grand Prize winner may not charge any fee to or obtain any compensation from any of the participants and/or chaperone(s).

 

8. NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNER: By entering, the Grand Prize winner consents to the use of his/her name, school name, city and province of residence/school, and/or photographs, without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsors. The Sponsors and/or its affiliates, related companies or agencies, and their respective employees and agents, will have the right to photograph the Grand Prize winner and his or her Group while on the Grand Prize EF tour for use in future promotions, without further remuneration.

 

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

a) This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and none will be returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant.

The “Win A Voluntour – WE Day Contest” (the “Contest”) is sponsored by EF Institute for Cultural Exchange Ltd. (hereafter referred to as EF) and ME to WE Trips (the “Sponsors”). The Contest is intended to be conducted in Canada only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of Canada.

 

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules & Regulations (the “Contest Rules”) and the decisions of EF and ME to WE Trips (the “Sponsors”) with respect to all aspects of the Contest, which are final and legally binding on the entrant.

 

1. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. There will be 5Grand Prizes available to be won, one at each WE Day event, held at separate locations (Toronto – September 20th 2013, Vancouver – October 18th 2013, Calgary – October 24th 2013, Winnipeg – October 30th, 2013, Halifax – November 27th, 2013). Entries are accepted until the end of the scheduled lunch period (the “Contest Closing Date”)on the respective WE Day event day. 2. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a legal resident of Canada of the age of thirteen or above (excluding the residents of Québec).

 

3. PRIZE:For each WE Day event, the Grand Prize is availableto be won from among all eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date. If the winning entrant is under the age of majority, the award must be accepted by their teacher (or another teacher at their school) on their behalf. Hereafter the “winner” will represent the student (if over the age of majority) or the accepting teacher if the entrant is under the age of majority. There will be one (1) Grand Prize available to be won from among all eligible entries received at each WE Day, consisting of aEF Voluntour/ME to WE Trip for the student, as well as three (3) youth representatives and one (1) teacher at WE Day to Ecuador beginning on July 1, 2014. The Grand Prize winner will be drawn at random on the day of each of the five (5) WE Day events. All participants need to be from the same school and need to be of the school which was present at WE Day. Apart from the one student who is selected to win the prize, the remaining student representatives and the teacher will be chosen solely by the principal of the same school as outlined above, and will be agreed upon by the EF Institute for Cultural Exchange Ltd and ME to WE Trips.In the event that the Grand Prize winner is not availableto travel on the date selected or by the Deadline, the Grand Prize will be forfeited by such winner. The Tour Manager will book the travel arrangements for the Grand Prize winner, including confirming who the Grand Prize winner’s youth representatives (“Travel Guests”) and chaperone(s) (if applicable) will be. The Grand Prize winner will be responsible for ensuring that his or her Group has any required documentation completed and returned within the time period specified by the Tour Consultant/Tour Manager. The Sponsors will not replace or refund any amount if the winner or any of the participants and chaperone(s) (if applicable) cannot attend the EF Tour/ME to WE trip. The Grand Prize winner may not charge any fee to or obtain any compensation from any of the participants and/or chaperone(s).

 

8. NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNER: By entering, the Grand Prize winner consents to the use of his/her name, school name, city and province of residence/school, and/or photographs, without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsors. The Sponsors and/or its affiliates, related companies or agencies, and their respective employees and agents, will have the right to photograph the Grand Prize winner and his or her Group while on the Grand Prize EF tour for use in future promotions, without further remuneration.

 

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

The “Win A Voluntour – WE Day Contest” (the “Contest”) is sponsored by EF Institute for Cultural Exchange Ltd. (hereafter referred to as EF) and ME to WE Trips (the “Sponsors”). The Contest is intended to be conducted in Canada only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of Canada.

 

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules & Regulations (the “Contest Rules”) and the decisions of EF and ME to WE Trips (the “Sponsors”) with respect to all aspects of the Contest, which are final and legally binding on the entrant.

 

1. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. There will be 5Grand Prizes available to be won, one at each WE Day event, held at separate locations (Toronto – September 20th 2013, Vancouver – October 18th 2013, Calgary – October 24th 2013, Winnipeg – October 30th, 2013, Halifax – November 27th, 2013). Entries are accepted until the end of the scheduled lunch period (the “Contest Closing Date”)on the respective WE Day event day. 2. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a legal resident of Canada of the age of thirteen or above (excluding the residents of Québec).

 

3. PRIZE:For each WE Day event, the Grand Prize is availableto be won from among all eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date. If the winning entrant is under the age of majority, the award must be accepted by their teacher (or another teacher at their school) on their behalf. Hereafter the “winner” will represent the student (if over the age of majority) or the accepting teacher if the entrant is under the age of majority. There will be one (1) Grand Prize available to be won from among all eligible entries received at each WE Day, consisting of aEF Voluntour/ME to WE Trip for the student, as well as three (3) youth representatives and one (1) teacher at WE Day to Ecuador beginning on July 1, 2014. The Grand Prize winner will be drawn at random on the day of each of the five (5) WE Day events. All participants need to be from the same school and need to be of the school which was present at WE Day. Apart from the one student who is selected to win the prize, the remaining student representatives and the teacher will be chosen solely by the principal of the same school as outlined above, and will be agreed upon by the EF Institute for Cultural Exchange Ltd and ME to WE Trips.In the event that the Grand Prize winner is not availableto travel on the date selected or by the Deadline, the Grand Prize will be forfeited by such winner. The Sponsors reserves the right to change or modify the Grand Prize location and/or dates due to acts of God and/or unforeseen circumstances. The Sponsors is not responsible if weather conditions, event cancellations, strikes, lockouts, labour disturbances or other events beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control limit or restrict access to any of the planned excursions or locations on the tour. The Prize includes: return economy class airfare tickets, departing from and returning to the Canadian International Airport closest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence; overnight stays in the ME to WE Leadership Camp or facility, and/or alternate overnight accommodation as outlined specifically in the selected tour itinerary; select meals as outlined specifically in the selected tour itinerary; the services of a full-time ME to WE Tour Director for the duration of the tour; sightseeing tours as outlined specifically in the selected tour itinerary; visits to special attractions as outlined specifically in the selected tour itinerary; and transportation to and from all activities outlined specifically in the selected tour itinerary. The Grand Prize will be awarded to a maximumretail value of approximately $17,500 CDN. The winner and his or her Group must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for ground transfers to and from the designated departure airport. All other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to:gratuities, optional excursions, tour extensions, insurance, medical travel documents, passport and/or visa fees, beverages and lunches, personal expenses and any other costs not specifically stated herein as being included, are the sole responsibility of the winner and his or her Group. The winner must also agree to be the liaison between ME to WE Trips/EF Educational ToursTM and his or her Group and acknowledging that, on tour, he or she will be solely responsible for monitoring his or her Group and ensuring they adhere to the ME to WE Trips/EF Educational ToursTM regulations, which will be provided to the winner upon the awarding of the Grand Prize. The Release Form must be returned within the time period specified on the Release Form or the Grand Prize will be forfeited by such winner. The selected entrant may be required to furnish proof of identification as part of the verification process. The Sponsors reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner who cannot produce, within five (5) business days of a request by Sponsors for same, proof of identity satisfactory to Sponsors. Should a selected entrant be unable to accept the Grand Prize because of school and/or Board of Education policy, a new entrant will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries. Limit of one (1) prize per person and/or school per twelve (12) month period. If the Grand Prize is forfeited by a winner for any reason whatsoever, the Grand Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner at the Sponsor’s discretion.

 

7. AWARDING OF THE PRIZE: An EF Educational ToursTM Tour Manager (the “Tour Manager”) will contact the confirmed Grand Prize winner within ten (10) days of receiving the duly completed Release Form. The Tour Manager will book the travel arrangements for the Grand Prize winner, including confirming who the Grand Prize winner’s youth representatives (“Travel Guests”) and chaperone(s) (if applicable) will be. The Grand Prize winner will be responsible for ensuring that his or her Group has any required documentation completed and returned within the time period specified by the Tour Consultant/Tour Manager. The Sponsors will not replace or refund any amount if the winner or any of the participants and chaperone(s) (if applicable) cannot attend the EF Tour/ME to WE trip. The Grand Prize winner may not charge any fee to or obtain any compensation from any of the participants and/or chaperone(s).

8. NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNER: By entering, the Grand Prize winner consents to the use of his/her name, school name, city and province of residence/school, and/or photographs, without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsors. The Sponsors and/or its affiliates, related companies or agencies, and their respective employees and agents, will have the right to photograph the Grand Prize winner and his or her Group while on the Grand Prize EF tour for use in future promotions, without further remuneration.

 

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

a) This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and none will be returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant.

b) Entrants release ME to WE Trips from any loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from participation in the Contest, or the acceptance or use of the Grand Prize, including but not limited to any injury or damage to an entrant’s or to any other computer.

c) The Sponsors reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant from the Contest in the event it is determined that he or she has entered in a fashion not permitted by the Contest Rules.

d) The Sponsors is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to, errors in advertising, the Contest Rules, or the announcement of the Grand Prize winner.

e) No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsors for any inability for a potential entrant to successfully enter the Contest for any reason, including any problems or technical malfunction of any internet or telephone network or broadcast transmission during the Contest. The Sponsors assumes no responsibility for falsified, late, lost, damaged, misdirected, garbled, or incomplete entries. Proof of transmission (screenshots, etc.) does not constitute proof of delivery.

f) Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.

g) Any attempt by an entrant or any other person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

10.CHANGE OR TERMINATION: The Sponsor reserves the right, to terminate, suspend, or modify this Contest without liability in the event of any fraud or technical failures of the website beyond the control of the Sponsor that may corrupt the administration, integrity or security of the Contest, or if any other factor interferes with the conduct of this Contest, without prior notice or publication. In the event of early termination of the Contest, a notice will be posted online and a random draw to award the Prize will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination.

11. PERSONAL INFORMATION: The Sponsors respect your right to privacy.By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the Sponsor collecting, storingand using the personal information submitted with his or her entry in accordancewith its privacy policy, including for the purposes of (a) administering this Contest (b) contacting the entrant in connection with future contests, (c) communicating with the entrant in regards to its wares and services. The Sponsor shall deal with such personal information in keeping with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy which can be obtained by calling 1-800-263-2806 or found at http://www.eftours.ca/legal-notices/privacy-policy.aspx.
