In the more than 20 years since our founding, we’ve had the honor of welcoming some 2,400 staff. The WE family of employees has expanded to include over 1,200 staff alumni who have gone on to their next career or returned to school, and who continue to stay connected to each other and to our organization through our active alumni network. WE’s dedication to promotion our teams’ learning and development has informed our management structure. All members of our leadership teams serve as mentors, providing training and guidance to our directors and junior managers.
