Every young person has the right to an enriching and diverse education

We believe in the inclusive nature of doing good and that anyone can apply their individual passion to create a collective, world-changing impact.

Inclusion is when all people feel valued, respected and have access to the same opportunities. WE is a movement which empowers young people, regardless of their physical or mental abilities to become passionate change-makers and active citizens. Through our WE Schools programme, we provide inclusive, empowering and respectful learning experiences to all young people. We have worked directly with young people on the autistic spectrum, with ADHD, social emotional difficulties and other conditions which may affect their ability to access formal curriculums.

Sign up to WE Schools to empower your students with the tools to make a difference.

As we continue to develop our SEND resources and provision, we have established key objectives towards inclusion

Learning resources linked to UNICEF’s Rights Respecting Schools Award

In addition to the above, our WE Schools Learning Framework forms the educational foundation of every resource we provide. Firmly rooted in pedagogy and educational research, our WE Schools programme is structured to provide three key learning outcomes: increased academic engagement, improved university and workplace readiness, and a commitment to active citizenship.

Visit our WE Schools Hub to explore and download our curriculum-linked lesson plans. Coming soon, will be tailored resources for students with SEND.

Every young person deserves the opportunity to make a positive impact on the world around them

We work with a range of young people in a variety of settings, including special schools, pupil referral units, mainstream schools and youth groups. Watch our video to see students from The Vale Community Special School take action on homelessness in their local community.
