Give some away. Although it sounds illogical, researchers from Yale, Harvard and the Wharton School insist that sparing a few hours for others contributes to a sense of time affluence. “Spending time on others makes people feel like they have done a lot with their time—and the more they feel like they have done with their time, the more time they feel they have.” Want to slow down the clock?
