Our goal is to empower youth and educators with the tools to take action and care for themselves and their local and global communities. With the WE Schools Well-being initiative at the Grades 4 to 6 level, we can build the foundation for today’s generation to become active citizens who care. Start with our Foundational Module to develop a supportive, caring classroom environment for students and use the Educator Guide as you continue the program.
Just for educators, we’ve created a series of training videos to help you support your students. Develop your skills around well-being and learn how to take action for mental health with your class.
Dr. Stan Kutcher is a renowned expert in adolescent mental health and a leader in mental health research. Watch and share his helpful videos on important well-being topics.
Stay tuned for lesson plans that dive into central themes, direct-to-youth programming, youth summits, an online training platform for professional development and more! Plus, students will benefit from a sequence of social-emotional learning and service-learning lesson plans that are focused on developing their sense of gratitude, empathy, compassion, altruism and resilience, while making real-world connections to our WE Schools service-learning campaigns.
