Speaker and well-being advocate Delicia Raveenthrarajan began her involvement with WE at the age of 13, when she organized a WE Day-style event to raise money to help build a school in Kenya. But it was when she took a ME to WE trip to visit the school a year later that her perspective really changed.

Learning about the challenges the students had overcome to attend school, and how they had found strength in the people around them, made her realize that she too needed to reach out for help with her own personal well-being.

Now on a lifelong journey to recovery, she shares some of her positive strategies.
