The Moroses are proud to call themselves a WE Family—and are on a mission to show the world how small actions can add up to big change.

What started in the classroom has now grown to include an entire family. Mom Gabi, an educator, has been leading WE initiatives at her school for the past eight years, and her daughters Maya, 14, and Chloe, 9, have also been involved with WE at their own schools.
Now, the family (joined by dad Walt) regularly takes action together: from turning birthday parties into opportunities to give back in the community with random acts of kindness and donations to an animal shelter, to combining their love for pinball with their passion for making a difference. To date, the family has raised more than $15,000 to build classrooms in Ecuador through pinball tournaments called Pinballs for Change.
“We often take for granted access to schooling,” says Gabi. “We’ve taught our children to think about others and work together to provide for people near and far.”
