Students explore topics related to a real-world challenge or opportunity. -
Action Plan
Students develop a plan to implement their service-learning project, including one local and one global action. -
Take Action
Students implement their action plan. -
Report and Celebrate
Students present the results of their service-learning initiatives.
Record and Reflect
Using the Local and Global Student Yearbooks, students will record their progress and their reflections for each of the steps above.

WE Schools creates change in a BIG way.
Students also have the chance to undergo profound changes and reach their full potentials. Third-party studies of the program show that WE Schools participants feel empowered and equipped to lead at school, in their communities and in their future careers.
